Reilly Design worked with Heartland Financial and their Architect-of-Record to create a new inspired customer experience in the newly expanded branch done as part of a significant addition and renovation of the current building. The goal was to create a more efficient employee experience while creating a dynamic branch utilizing the universal banker model and creating a great customer experience.
